The institutional problem
Conventional LMS platforms are strong at content delivery and administration, but institutions increasingly need a controlled intelligence layer for evidence-aware course production, faculty workflow, assessment quality, adaptive support and management visibility.
ADAPT-UDL is being shaped as a complementary institutional layer rather than a replacement for established LMS platforms.
